摘要
本文采用动态硫化法将HDPE和三元乙丙胶共混制备热塑性弹性体,并用它改性HDPE,然后进行模压发泡。主要探讨了工艺条件、组份及用量等对发泡体性能的影响。结果表明,适宜的发泡温度为180°C,发泡剂用量为1~2phr份,橡塑比以15/85为好,填充20phr赤泥后,发泡体的力学性能提高较大,模压压力对发泡体的性能无明显影响。所制泡沫塑料的密度为0.2~0.3g/cm^3,性能良好,可望用作特殊结构的材料。
A thermoplastic elastomer of EPDM/HDPE prepared by kinetic vulcanizing was used to modify HDPE, and then the mod-ified HDPE was foamed-in-mould. The effects of technical condition and the composition and the content on the properties ofthe foam were discussed. The results showed that the optimum temperature for the foaming was 180℃, optimum content offoaming agent was 1~2 phr, the ratio of rubber to plastics should be 15/85, and that when 20 phr red mud was added to theblend, the mechanical properties of the foam was greatly modified. It was also found that the mould pressure had little effect onthe property of the foam. The density of the foam was 0.2~0.3g/cm^3, the property of the foam was good, and this foam couldbe used as special structure material.
