摘要
在变色牙和金属底色等的修复中,为获得美观的复合树脂修复效果,须采用遮色剂。本试验应用色度计,直接测试不同 TiO_2处理方法和不同厚度的遮色剂在白黑底色上的色差值以评价其遮色效果。结果表明,使用有机硅烷和 PMMA 处理 TiO_2表面,对遮色能力无显著影响。遮色剂和遮色树脂中的 TiO_2含量在8%和2.5%左右较为适宜。临床使用中,遮色剂厚度应在0.1mm左右,遮色树脂厚度应在0.2～0.3mm。
Achieving the most desirable restorative result of composite resin,it was often usedopaque materials.Their hiding effects were evaluated by color difference which wasmeasured with white and black background by a colormeter.No notable influences we-re found in TiO_2 surface-treated with silane and PMMA.The suitable contents of op-aquer and composite resin opaque of TiO_2 were about 8% and 2.5%.The best thicknessof opaquer was about 0.1mm,composite resin opaque 0.2～0.3mm.
