摘要
在市场经济条件下 ,如何管理国有企业是国有企业改革三年两大目标即将完成以后 ,理论界、政府经济管理部门亟待需要研究解决的问题。本文从国外政府管理国营企业的模式出发 ,结合我国国情 ,探索在社会主义市场经济条件下政府管理国有企业的思路。
Under the conditions of market economy,it has been three years since the reform of state-ouned enterprise and two majar goals will have been finished in the near futccre.at the moment,the government how to administer state-owned enterprise, is the problem which anxiously need to study and solve by the theoretical circles and the economic management departments of the government.In this article the author starts from the model which administer state-owned enterprise by the government abroad, integrate with the national situation of our country,explores the train of thought for the government administer state-owned enterprise under the cenditions of socialist market economy.
