摘要
改革开放以来，我国大多数企业的科技贡献率都在提高，科技进步在经济增长中的贡献越来越大。我国一些中小企业面对日益增大的竞争压力表现脆弱，主要是因为一些主观和客观因素影响了其科技进步。因而下大力气促进中小企业的科技进步就成为当务之急。当前，要进一步加强对职工的岗位培训，通过多种途径，使职工的科技素质有一个很大提高。要建立健全科研机构，增加科技投入，增强科技开发、技术改造和技术引进的能力。要积极与高等学校、科研院所合作，建立各种形式的 产学研联合组织，这是促进科技向生产力的直接转化，提高市场竞争力的关键。
Since China＇s reform and opening up,most enterprises＇ contribution rates are increasing,science & technology progress contributes more and more to economic growth,but medium & small-sized enterprises are weak to face the increasing competitive pressures,some subjective and objective factors have obstructed science & technology＇s progress.Therefore,it＇s urgent for medium & small-sized enterprises to do their utmost to realize science and technology progress.They should strengthen in different ways training their staff to be more qualified in career,build and improve science & technology institutions and invest more funds in science & technology innovation and introduction,and it＇s also necessary to cooperate with high level colleges and universities,all the above-mentioned countermeasures are the key ways to turn science and technology into productive forces and win the best in market competition.
