摘要
本文回顾了美国金融混业经营制度的演变历程，阐述了中国金融分业经营制度的形成过程，分析了中国当前实行金融分业经营的必要性，提出了中国金融经营制度的对策取向。
This paper looks hack processes of the evolution of American multi-operation business systems. It also expounds the course in which the finance and the unity-operation business in China was formed. In addition, it gives an analysis to the present necessity of the finance and unity-operation business in China. Meanwhile, it puts forward some countermeasures upon the ways to practise and develop the finance and the multi-operation business system.
