摘要
加入ＷＴＯ既对我国证券市场提出了严峻挑战，又为中国证券市场发展提供契机。本文对证券市场 和资本市场的开放及证券市场创新进行了讨论。
Join WTO not only severing challenges the security market of our country, but also provides timly opportunity for its development. The article holds discussion on the opening of security market and capital market as well as the innovation security market.
