摘要
为探讨大面积烧伤病人的生活质量及健康教育问题 ,以问卷式调查方式 ,对 1994年至 1999年来院救治的 5 2名大面积烧伤病人进行了生活质量及相关因素的调查。结果表明 :病人有焦虑等负性情绪占 96 .1% ,生活自理能力下降者占 86 .5 % ;另外 ,大面积烧伤对社交、家庭生活、就业等有不同程度的影响。因此 ,必须加强健康教育 ,加强康复护理 ,采用寻求社会支持等手段 。
To probe into the life quality and the health education of the burn patients in the big area, the life quality and the correlative factor is investigated in 52 patients with the burn of the big area in our hospital between 1994 and 1999,by the questionnaire. The result indicate: 96.1% patients were in low spirits such as anxiety, lack of ability to take care of themselves. Their condition of social intercourse, family life and employment were affected, too. The author put forth the health education, including keeping the patients in good emotion, improving inhabitation care and seek social help.
