摘要
目的 比较开腹胆囊切除术 (conventional cholecysteetomy,CC)与腹腔镜胆囊切除术 (laparoscopic cholecystectomy,L C)对机体排气排便功能的影响。方法 40例诊断为良性胆囊疾病 ,择期在全麻下行胆囊切除的患者随机分为 L C、CC两组 ,每组各 2 0例。记录术后第 1次排气排便时间。结果 第 1次肛门排气排便时间 L C组少于 CC组 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 LC组排气排便功能恢复时间小于 CC组 。
Objective To compare influence of LC and CC on patients' flatus passing and defecating functions.Methods 40 patients with benign gallbladder disease who received elective cholecystectomy under general anesthesia were equally divided into LC and CC groups.The time of first anal flatus and defecation was recorded and compared.Results First anal flatus and defecation of LC Group were earlier than CC Group(P<0.01).Conclusion LC Group had shorter time of recovering flatus passing and defecating functions,and less influence on gastrointestinal function than CC Group.
