摘要
出院指导既是整体化护理的重要组成部分,也是精神疾病病人出院后继续接受治疗和护理的延伸。我们在精神疾病病人出院前的工作中制定了针对性强,重点突出和比较实用的出院指导,从而达到了巩固治疗效果,减少疾病的复发目的。该文重点阐述了出院指导的内容、形式、方法。
Discharge instruction is not only a main part of integrative nursing but also a continuation of treatment and nursing after the psychotic's discharge. We have provided effective and practical discharge instruction to the psychotics. It has improved the efficacy of treatment and reduced the relapse rate. The author describes the contents, mode, methods and some other related matters of discharge instruction.
