摘要
急性肺栓塞是急危重病之一,必须及时有效地进行诊治,否则将危及患者的生命或严重影响患者的生活质量。目前国内还没有形成统一的、科学合理的、适合国人的治疗方案。我院对17例肺栓塞患者用尿激酶进行溶栓治疗,取得较好的疗效。针对相关的护理问题提出了护理措施。
Acute pulmonary embolism is one of the critical diseases. It must be diagnosed and treated in time, or else it will endanger patients' lives and affect their living quality. At present, a set of united, scientific, reasonable and suitable scheme for treatment has not yet been formed in our country. We have applied urokinase to 17 cases in the treatment of dissolve thrombus, which obtained good curative effect. At the same time, we put forward some nursing measures in view of relevant nursing problems.
