摘要
本文介绍自动生产线采用单片微型计算机控制系统的装置技术,如何根据工艺流程的要求选择主控制器的结构形式,以及应用逻辑功能图法设计的系统软件的特点及其功能,本装置的硬件设计简单,可靠,操作、维护方便,且性能价格比高.同时阐述了在各种控制、仪器仪表等领域中,大力推广应用单片机技术的经济意义.
This paper presents a single chip microcomputer system for cont- rolling specific processes such as feeding,ventilating and drying.The paper begins with the selection of structural type of the main controller based on the demand of process flow,and the adoption of a single chip microcomputer as the result of a trade off study over various schemes.It goes on to the design of a simple,reliable and maintainable system hardware,and the peculiarity and function of the system software designed by means of a logic function chart. The paper ends with a suggestion of energetically spread the technique of single chip microcomputer in such fields as control and instrument.This is a suggestion based on the reliable operation of the system and the author's practical experi- ence.
