摘要
目的 探讨气单胞菌基因种与表型生化反应关系。方法 建立气单胞菌基因种鉴定方法 ;本实验采用被筛选的9种表型生化反应 ,鉴定 45株气单胞菌基因种 ;采用Mi croScanGramNegativePanel2 1微量液体稀释法报告气单胞菌基因种体外对各种抗生素的敏感性。根据NCCLs文件报告MIC、敏感、耐药。结果 本地区气单胞菌基因种主要是HG1、HG4 、HG9、HG12 、HG13 ;未见HG2 、HG3 、HG5、HG6、HG7、HG8、HG10 、HG11。结论 气单胞菌基因种对头胞噻肟、头胞曲松、环丙沙星、替卡西林、复方新诺明敏感性为10 0 % ,对头孢噻吩耐药 。
Objective To investigate the relation of aeromonas genospecies to phenotypic biochemical reaction, to establish the identification of aeromonas genospecies and to explore its resistance.Methods Forty five aeromonas strains were identified to genospecies level on the basis of the use of 9 previously selected tests,at the same time antimicrobiol susceptibility was determined on the microdillution plate(MicroScan gram negative panel 21)by microscan walkaway-40 which provided interpretation in accordance with guides of the national committee for clinical laboratory standards. Results The aeromonas genospecies were HG 1,HG 4,HG 9,HG 12,HG 13 in our area.Conclusion The bacteria are nearly uniformly susceptible to cefotaxime, ceftriaxone, ciprofloxacin, ticarcillin, trimethoprim/sulfamethoxazol and they are almost resistant to cephalothin and to other antimicrobiols to various degrees.
