摘要
目的 探讨面颊部软组织缺损的最佳修复方式。方法 选择 40例面颊部鳞癌患者 ,36例病灶切除后缺损分别选用胸大肌皮瓣、胸锁乳突肌皮瓣、硬腭粘骨膜瓣、前额皮瓣、颈阔肌皮瓣、上斜方肌皮瓣、游离皮片等方式进行修复 ,4例直接拉拢缝合。结果 在 40例病例中 ,仅 2例瓣出现部分坏死 ,38例均获满意疗效。结论 面颊部软组织缺损依据缺损类型选用不同方式进行修复 。
Objective To explore an ideal reparative method for the defects of buccal soft tissue. Methods 40 patients with carcinomas of buccal squamous cell were selected. The post operative defects of cheek of 36 cases were repaired with pectoralis major flap, sternodeidomastoid flap, hard palatal flap, frontal flap, latissimus colli flap, upper trapezius flap and free flap respectively. The defects of 4 cases were sutured directly. Results The ideal results were obtained in 38 cases. Partial necrosis of the flaps happened only in 2 cases.Conclusion An ideal result can be obtained in the reparation of postoperative defects of buccal soft tissues by different reparative methods.
