摘要
目的 探讨nm2 3基因表达与肺癌转移及预后关系。方法 应用免疫组化S P法检测 82例肺癌组织中nm2 3基因的表达并结合肺癌的转移及预后情况进行分析。结果 82例肺癌组织中有 6 0例有nm2 3基因表达 ,其阳性表达率为 72 3%。在有局部淋巴结或远处器官转移或邻近脏器侵犯的肺癌组织中 ,nm2 3基因表达率为 2 0 0 % ,而在无局部淋巴结、远处器官转移或邻近脏器侵犯的肺癌组织中 ,其表达率为 96 5 %。两组比较差异有显著性 (P <0 0 1)。术后生存时间 >3年的肺癌组织中 ,nm2 3基因表达率为 90 6 % ,而术后生存时间 <3年的肺癌组织中 ,其表达率仅为5 7 8% ,两组比较差异也有显著性 (P <0 0 1)。结论 nm2 3基因表达降低不仅与肺癌转移有关 ,而且与肺癌的不良预后有关 ,有转移的肺癌患者预后凶险 ,因此检测肺癌组织中nm2
Objective To explore the relationship between the expression of nm23 gene and metastasis, prognosis of lung cancer. Methods 82 lung cancers were examined with S-P immunohistochemical staining for the expresssion of nm23 gene,they were divided into groups, contrasted and analysed according to their metastasis and prognosis. Results 60 lung cancers were positive expression of nm23 gene,the positive rate of nm23 gene was 20.0% in lung cancers with metastasis, 96.5% with non-metatasis, the difference was significant(P<0.01). The positive rate of nm23 gene was higher(90.6%) in the lung cancers with whose postoperative survival time extended 3-year than that (57.8%) of less than 3-year, there were statistical significances between the expression of nm23 gene and the prognosis of lung cancers(P<0.01). Conclusion The down-regulation expression of nm23 gene was involved not only in the metastasis of lung cancers, but also in the bad prognosis of lung cancers. The expression of nm23 gene may be regarded as an important reference index in judging the metatasis and prognosis of lung cancers.
