摘要
目的 探讨高致病岛 (HighPathogenilityIsland ,HPI)的irp1基因在ETEC菌株中的分布状况。 方法 利用小肠结肠耶尔森菌HPI的irp1基因 ,设计合成引物 ,对ETEC菌株进行PCR(多聚酶链反应 )检测。结果 94株ETEC菌中有 10株呈现阳性。结论 HPI的irp1基因在小肠结肠炎耶尔森菌与ETEC(肠致病性大肠杆菌 )之间存在着基因的水平转移 ,但其转移机制如何及转移过程有待于进一步研究。
Objective To detect the irp1 gene located on Yen HPI among 94 ETEC strains. Methods irp1 gene located on Yen HPI was amplified from ETEC strains' chromosomal DNA by PCR. Results 10 of 94 ETEC strans were positive, and the rest negative. Conclusion The irp1 gene located on HPI could be detected in ETEC.This result suggest horizontal tranfer of the irp1 gene of HPI between Yen and ETEC strains, but the mechanism of the horizontal tranfer remains to be studied.
