摘要
本文报导了黄芪多糖(APS)的抗肿瘤实验研究。体内实验结果表明:肌注APS2.5mg/Kg、5mg/Kg、10mg/Kg、20mg/Kg四个剂量对小鼠移植性肿瘤S180、肝癌(Heps)均有明显的抑制作用。体外试验结果表明:黄芪多糖与白介素2(rIL-2)配伍应用可以明显提高LAK细胞对靶细胞P815和Yac-1细胞的杀伤率。结合其它免疫功能指标观察,提示黄芪多糖抗肿瘤效应可能主要与黄芪多糖具有增加机体免疫功能的作用有关。
his paper reports the experimental study on antineoplastic activity of astragalus
polysaccharide(APS) . The tests in vivo indicate that : intramuscular injection of four doses of
APS 2. smg/kg,smg/kg, 10mg/kg 20mg/kg has the obvious inhibition of both transplantiry
tumour S-180 and livercancer (Hepe) in mice. The tests in vitro indicate that: Combined
administrat-ion of astragaluspolysaccharide and interleukin-2 (rlL-2) can enhance apparently
the killing rate of LAK cells againstthe target cells P-815and Yac-1; According to the other
immunololgical function index, it is pointed outthat the antineoplastic effect of astragalus
polysaccharide may be mainly related to its action to strength-ening the or bedy's
immuniological function.
