摘要
以花尾胡椒鲷为材料，胸腔注射ＰＨＡ及秋水仙素溶液，取头肾细胞经空气干燥法制片，姬姆萨染液染色，分析染色体组型。分析结果是，染色体数目２ｎ＝４６，４６ｔ，染色体总臂数（ＮＦ）为４６。
The karyotypes of Plectorhinchus cinctus is examined from the renal tissue by using the PHA-injection-air drying mathod. The fish has a diploid chromosome of 46 and its karyotype formulae 46 t, NF = 46
