摘要
用MEM培养基对大连湾牡蛎的血细胞、鳃和外套膜进行了组织培养,共培养了7批.血细胞培养 20 min后即开始贴壁, 2 h后细胞呈分枝状和圆形。鳃细胞呈圆形,生长旺盛,易获得传代细胞,其中有三株分别传至第 7、第10和第11代.外套膜细胞呈圆形,细胞较大,生长速度慢,传代周期长,有5株传至第4代.并比较了3种组织在不同浓度NaCl的培养基中的生长情况。
Hemocytes, gill and mantle from Ostrea talienwhanensis Cross are cultured in vitro with MEM medium. It has been done seven times. After 20-minute incubation, hemocytes adhere on the glass and multiply, After 2 hours, the hemocytes are distinguished as fibroblast-like cells and round cells based on their morphology. The gill cells, which are round, multiply rapidly. The subcultures are easily set up from the gill. Three strains have been subcultured up to the 7th, 10th and 11th generations respectively. The mantle cells, which are round, mutiply slowly, have a long cycle of subculture and have been subcultured up to the 4th generation .The growth of three tissues is compared in different concentrations of NaCl.
