摘要
我国进入 WTO在即，给各行各业均带来机遇和挑战。对航运企业的现状进行了分析，阐述了存在的问题和困难，提出相应对策。
： China will enter WTO soon. All walks of life would meet more opportunities and challenges. This article analyses the present condition of shipping enterprise and the existing problems and difficulties of it, and moreover give the applicable countermeasures.
