摘要
针对传统的启停车分析方法信息利用率不足的问题,采用基于多传感器集成和融合原理的全息谱技术,提出了转子振动模式分解的方法.经诊断实例验证,该方法能全面利用信息,直观地揭示转子的振动行为,在回转机械监测及转子动平衡领域有广阔的应用前景.
A decomposition method is developed to determine the rotor vibration pattern by application of holospectrum technique, which utilizes the integration of multisensor data. Examples show that the method could be applied to reflect the response of rotor vibration, to provide information to rotor balance, and to be used to the monitoring of vibration.
