摘要
讨论了在Nakagami多径衰落条件下,利用等增益分集接收的宽带DS/CDMA系统的抗衰落性能,并将之与最大比合并分集接收进行比较,提出了一种计算等增益分集接收性能的方法,它避开了目前Nakagami分布随机变量和的概率密度函数难以求出这一困难,采用递归求衰落n阶中心矩的方法,有效地解决了等增益分集接收性能的理论分析问题.理论分析和数值计算结果均表明,在DS/CDMA系统中采用等增益分集接收,可在技术复杂性大大降低的条件下获得接近最大比合并分集的性能.
The antimultipathfading performance of broadband direct sequence codedivision multiple access(DS/CDMA) systems with equal gain diversity is investigated by application of the Nakagami model. Advanced is a novel method of evaluating the performance of equal gain diversity that computes the nth central moment of the fading intensity by recursion. This approach no longer requires a knowledge of probability density function(PDF) of the summation of Nakagami variables, a currently unsolved problem. Analysis and numerical results show that the equal gain diversity when used in the DS/CDMA systems can match the performance of the maximum ratio combining diversity with reduced complexity of implementation.
