摘要
当前 ,就高校档案管理方式而言 ,远远不能适应档案工作发展的新趋势 ,而建立高校计算机档案目录数据库势在必行。要建立数据库必须加大宣传力度、强化领导意识、争取领导支持、保证资金到位 ,并通过有效的政策和措施使其规范化。
At present, as for the means of file management of institutions of higher learning, it is far from adapting itself to the new trend of the development of file work. Hence, it is quite necessary to establish the data base of computer catalogues in colleges and universities. To establish data base, we must strengthen its propaganda, intensify the consciousness of the leadership, win the support of leaders and ensure that money is available. We must use the effective policies and measures to realize the standardization and modernization of computer data base.
