摘要
目的 :观察鼻敏合剂治疗常年性变应性鼻炎的临床效果。方法 :选用 64例常年性变应性鼻炎患者 ,应用由黄芪、白芷、防风、苍耳子、辛夷、五味子、鱼腥草等煎制而成的中药汤剂鼻敏合剂 ,每日 1剂 ,水煎后早、晚各服 1次 ,1 2 d为 1疗程 ,共用 2个疗程 ,随访 6个月。结果 :64例中 ,显效 38例 ,有效 2 2例 ,无效 4例 ,总有效率 93.75%。结论 :鼻敏合剂治疗常年性变应性鼻炎 ,疗效肯定 ,方法简单 ,无毒副作用。
Objective:To study clinical effectiveness of Bimin Heji.Method:64 patients with perennial allergic rhinitis were treated by Bimin Heji decoction consisted of huangqi,baizhi,fangfeng,cangerzi,xinyi,wuweizi,yuxingcao,and so on every morning and evening for 24 d.Follow up period was 6 months.Results:There are 38 ones with obvious efficiency,22 ones with generic efficiency,and 4 ones with no effect.The general effective rate was 93 75%.Conclusion:This method is simple,useful and no side effects.
