利用焦化厂废渣作型煤代用粘结剂的研究 被引量:2

摘要 有效的粘结剂是配型煤炼焦工艺的主要关键之一。为寻找一种可部分替代软沥青的新型粘结剂,本文介绍了利用焦化厂废料作代用品的试验。研究自坩埚焦的炼焦实验开始,经7kg焦炉至200kg焦炉炼焦试验为止,分阶段逐步扩大试验,结果证明:利用宝钢焦化厂焦油渣等取代软沥青是可行的,其量可望达到目前全厂总需要量的四分之一。 The effective binders are important materials in the blending briquetted coal process. The object of this research is to look for a new binder which may be instead of soft pitch (probably partial). This paper is concerned merely on the study that is using the waste material from coking plant as a substitute. This work is gradually scale up, it starts from the crucible coke experiment, the 7 kg coke oven test to the 200 kg coke oven test. The research result is that the waste materials of the Baoshan Steel Plant, coal tar and the waste slag, can be insteaded the soft pitch for the coking process, and the quantity will be 1/4 of the all soft pitch.
