摘要
目的：探讨彩色多普勒血流显像在肝血管瘤诊断中的应用。方法：对 ８９ 个肝血管瘤进行了彩色多普勒血流显像检查。结果：肝血管瘤的瘤内血流信号检出率为４４９％ （４０／８９），显示为细小、低速血流信号。结论：彩色多普勒血流显像在肝血管瘤的诊断与鉴别上有较大的应用价值。
Objective:To evaluate the application of color Doppler flow imaging (CDFI) in hepatic hemangioma.Methods:89 cases of hepatic hemangioma were investigated by color Doppler flow imaging.Results:The detection rate of blood flow signals in hepatic hemangioma was 44 9%(40/89).The fine and low velocity blood flow was revealed.Conclusion:CDFI is very useful in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of hepatic hemangioma.
