摘要
目的：探讨影响滨州市中小学生健康的主要因素，为学校预防保健工作提供科学依据。方法：采用“学校卫生情况年报表（卫统３６）技术规范”规定的检查方法和诊断标准对学生进行体格检查。结果：该市中小学生营养不良、贫血、龋齿、沙眼、肠道蛔虫感染和视力低下的患病率分别为 １６３４％ 、２６６５％ 、４６４２％ 、１２９４％ 、４１７％ 、４８０８％ 。结论：目前，对该市中小学生健康危害严重的疾病是视力低下、龋齿和贫血。
Objective:To discover the primary factors that influence the health of the students and pupils in Binzhou and provide the scientific evidence for the prevention and health care in middle and primary schools.Methods:A physical examination was made by using the examination methods and diagnosis standards that were prescribed by “THE TECHNICAL CRITERION FOR THE YEARLY REPORT FORMS ABOUT THE SCHOOL HYGIENIC STATE (HYGIENIC STATISTICAL TABLE 36)”.Results:The morbidity of cacotrophia,anaemia,dental caries,trachoma,intestine ascaris infection and poor visual sight for the students and pupils were 16 34%,26 65%,46 42%,12 94%,4 17% and 48 08% respectively.Conclusion:At present,the diseases that impair gravely the health of students and pupils in this city are poor visual sight,dental caries and anaemia.
