摘要
目的改进掌指骨延长方法。方法根据伊利扎诺夫原理设计小型外固定架，进行不植骨的掌指骨延长。结果治疗手指缺损３５例（共４０指），延长长度２～４．５ｃｍ，平均３ｃｍ，功能满意。结论不植骨的掌指骨延长较现有的延长方法安全可靠，术式简单，创伤小。
Objective To improve the prolongation method of the metacarpal and phalangeal bone. Methods A small osteoplastic spreader was designed according to Ilizarovs theory and metacarpal and phalangeal bone were prolongated without bone grafting. Results 35 cases of the partial defects (40 fingers) had been treated. Prolongated length was 2￣4 5 cm, and the average was 3 cm. The function was restored with satisfactory. Conclusion Prolongation of the metacarpal and phalangeal bone without bone grafting is simpler and safer than the present method. There is fewer surgical exposure, infection opportunities and complications.
