摘要
目的探讨低剂量结合型雌激素(CE)和安宫黄体酮(MPA)联合应用,对绝经后妇女骨代谢的影响。方法34例绝经后妇女,随机分为2组:试验组17例,CE0.625mg与MPA2mg隔日口服,交替应用;对照组17例,每天口服CE0.625mg,每月连续服用25天,后10天加用MPA4mg。两组均连续服用4周期,于服药前后分别测定血碱性磷酸酶(ALP)及尿Ca/Cr比值。结果治疗后两组ALP均无明显变化(P>0.05),尿Ca/Cr均明显下降(P<0.05,P<0.01),两组治疗效果无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论绝经后妇女低剂量激素替代治疗对骨形成无作用,可抑制骨吸收。
Objective To study the effects of low dose hormonal replacement therapy(HRT) on the bone metabolism in postmenopausal women(PMW). Methods 34 cases of postmenopausal women were randomly divided into trial group (17 cases) and control group(17 cases). The trial group received low dose estrogen and progestogen:conjugated estrogen(CE) 0 625 mg and medroxyprogesterone acetate(MPA) 2 mg qod alternately. The control gruop was treated with CE 0 625 mg daily for 25 days in combination with cyclic MPA 4 mg daily, the last 10 days for 4 cycles. Fasting urinary Ca/Cr and serum alkaline phosphatase(ALP) concentration were measured before and after treatment in all subjects. Results The results showed that in both groups, the fasting urinary Ca/Cr ratio reduced significantly ( P<0 05), while serum ALP showed no significant change after treatment. The change of the parameters was not significant between the 2 groups ( P >0 05). Conclusion The low dose hormonal replacement therapy could effectively reduce the bone absorption and prevent osteoporosis.
