摘要
鲫鱼胚胎期的电磁刺激能促使其后期生长速率加快、抗温变能力增强,出苗率大幅度提高和成活率显著增加等特点.本文对胚胎受刺激前后的质子核磁纵向弛豫和成鱼肌纤蛋白成份分别进行了比较研究,结果表明,对胚胎进行短时的物理刺激不会直接影响生物大分子的宏观结构,成鱼的肌蛋白成份也无明显差异.
Stimulation of the electric and magnetic field on the embryo's stages of the crucian carps can accelerate the growing rate in later stages, improve their ability to resist the change of temperature, obviously raise the percentage of hatched larvae in embryos and increase the survival rate.The experimental results of the proton NMR longitudinal relaxation time of the emboys and composition of the proteins on the muscle fibers of the crucian craps before and after stimulation of the electric and magnetic field on the embryo's stages are presented.
