随着甲状腺癌发病率的不断增加 ,临床医生必须提高对甲状腺癌及其预后影响因素的认识 ,遵循科学的术前术中检查 ,力求提高术前及术中诊断准确性 ,并采取正确的术式 ,提高甲状腺癌的一次性根治率 。
As the increasing incidence of thyroid carcinoma,doctors must improve their knowledge about the disease.Careful examination pre and in operation should be done to strive for the accurate diagnosis.One stage radical operation for thyroid carcinoma may improve the response rate and prognosis.
