摘要
[目的]观察草酸铂 (奥沙利铂 )在肝动脉中灌注治疗复治转移性肝癌的安全性和疗效。[方法]对8例复治的转移性肝癌的患者在肝动脉中灌注200mg奥沙利铂。[结果]8例患者中 ,1例患者达到PR ,5例患者NC ,2例患者PD ;毒副反应均为Ⅰ～Ⅱ度 ,治疗中未出现肾功能的损伤。[结论]奥沙利铂动脉灌注是安全的 ,初步研究证明在肝动脉中灌注有一定疗效。
To evaluate the effect and safety of intra arterial infusion with Oxaliplatin for previously treated metastatic liver cancer.Eight patients with metastatic liver cancer have received intra arterial 200mg Oxaliplatin once every four weeks.Each case received twice .In these cases,one reached PR;five,NC and two,PD.One case occurred Ⅱ0 leucocytopenia,three showed Ⅰ0～Ⅱ0gastrointestinal side effect,one was found Ⅰ0 hepatic side effect,one appeared Ⅰ0nerval side effect after two courses treatment.No renal damaged. [Conclusion] It's shown that intra arterial infusion with Oxaliplatin is safe and effective.
