摘要
本文主要研究了霞石替代长石对瓷坯力学性能的影响。试验结果表明,霞石替代长石 不仅能降低瓷坯的烧成温度,而且瓷坯的强度也有明显改善。通过显微结构分析,随霞石替代长石量的增加,二次莫来石相增多,残余石英相减少。
In this paper, the effect of substituting nephelene for feldspar on the mechanical property of ceramic body was analyzed. The result shows that the sintering temperature of ceramic body is reduced, but the toughness is improved obviously on substitution of nephelene for feldspar. The secondary mullite increases and silica reduces with the increase in the content of nephelene.
