以乙二胺与丁二酮为原料,用一步法合成2,3—二甲基吡嗪,最佳的反应条件是:缩合的起始温度为0℃,催化剂(氧化剂)的最佳用量是(摩尔比):丁二酮:金属氧化物=1:2,丁二酮:KOH=1:4,反应时间若为18小时,产率可达80%,经精制后纯度可达99%,b.p.156℃,47℃/10mmHg,红外光谱与文献记载一致。
Using ethylenediamine and diacetyl as materials, to synthesize the 2,3-dimethylpyrazine with the one-step method, the best condensation starring temperature is 0℃. The best amount of catalyst(oxidizer)is (molar ratio): Diacetyl: metal oxide=1:2, Diacetyl: KOH=1:4. If the reacion time is 18 hours, the yields could reach 80%. The purity could reach 99% after it was refined. The boiling point is 156℃, 47℃/10mmHg. The IR spectra is consistent with the document record issued before.
