松脂合成422树脂及催化剂选择的研究 被引量:1

摘要 以松脂为原料直接合成一种色泽浅、软化点高、酸值合格的 4 2 2树脂。探讨了配料比、催化剂、反应温度、反应时间对合成产品的影响。并应用IR谱对比检测松脂、松香合成的产品 ,结果均一致。 A light colour 422 Resin with high softening point and reasonable acid value was synthesized directly from pine oleoresin. The effects of dosage ratio of raw materials, catalysts and reaction temperature on the products were studied. It was determined by IR, that the products synthesized from rosin or oleoresin had the same characteristics.
