摘要
本文择例概述了高效凝胶渗透色谱法(HPGPC)在粉末涂料中的应用,包括:(1)供厂商作原料和成品的质量控制;(2)指导树脂的合成和加工;(3)改进树脂合成,以提高最终使用性能;(4)估测齐聚物和聚合物的分子量分布及其与最终使用性能的关系;(5)单体、引发剂、表面活性剂等的纯度检验。
In this paper, some examples have been presented to outline the use of the HPGPC in powder coatings. Specific applications include (1) quality control of raw materials, (2) guiding resin synthesis and processing, (3) modifying resin synthesis to improve enduse properties, (4) estimating the MWD of oligomers and polymers and correlating the MWD with end-use properties, (5) identifying the purity of monomers, initiators surfactants, etc..
