介绍了磨矿分级自动控制的控制目标、系统组成、控制原理和主要特点。在焦家金矿磨矿分级作业实践表明 ,平均台时处理能力提高了 9 7% ,每吨金矿电耗下降了 13 3 % ,取得了良好的经济效益。
The control object,the system compsition,the control principle and the major characteristics of the automatic control system of grinding classi fication are presented.Its practical application in the grinding and classification production in Jiaojia Glod Mine showed that the average throughput per unit per hour was imcreased by 9.7% and the electricity consumption per t gold ore was reduced by 13.3% so as to achieve good economical benefit.
