摘要
从料浆沉降和过滤成饼两个角度同时研究了过滤速度、成饼速率、滤饼的渗透性 ,提出了更全面的滤饼比阻关系式 ,证明滤饼渗透率首先与料浆的浓度和沉降速度有关 ,因此 。
From the viewpoints of both pulp settling and filter cake formation,the filter speed,cake formation rate and cake infiltration are studied and a more profound cake specific resistance relation formula is put forward.It is proved that cake infiltration rate is first related to pulp density and settling velocity,therefore is closely related to the pulp pretreatment and chemical environment.
