摘要
新汶矿业集团华丰煤矿四层煤分层开采 ,长期以来全部采用金属菱形网作假顶。随着生产的发展 ,金属菱形网暴露了很多不足 :金属网易腐蚀 ,下分层开采时容易撕网 ,往往需要再铺一层双抗网布进行护顶 ,成本较高。因此采用了一种新型护顶技术———双抗带网假顶 ,解决了金属网腐蚀及成本高的问题 。
There are four layer coal in Huafeng coal mine of Xinwen coal group company,it is mined layer by layer,artificial roof is used by diamond metal net over a long period of time.Alongside development of production,diamond metal net exposed is inadequate:metal net is easy to corrode and tears easily when mining next layer,it needs proteeting roof with packing net cloth,cost is very high.This paper introduce a new techmique of protecfing roof——artificial roof of packing belt net,it solves problem of mefal net corrodeel and high cost,gains good social effect and economic returns.
