摘要
在国内外综放开采技术系统总结的基础上 ,提出了特厚坚硬煤层综放开采所面临的主要技术难题就是如何提高坚硬顶煤的冒放性。通过系统的实验研究和理论分析 ,初步揭示了坚硬顶煤的破碎规律 ,指出对顶煤冒放性的评价应分为 3个层次 ,并由此提出了增加坚硬顶煤冒放性的原则和主要技术措施。最后介绍了该项技术在宁夏白芨沟矿的成功实践 ,达到了年产 15 0万t的生产水平。这是我国综放开采技术的又一突破 。
In the paper,fully-mechanized sub-level caving at home and abroad is systematically summarized,it is presented that how to increase cavability of hard roof coal is main technology difficult problem to be faced.Based on experiment researching and theory analyaing,fissure mechanism of hard roof coal is revealed tentatively,and it is indicated that appraising cavability of hard roof coal should be divided into 3 administrative levels,accordingly,the principle and main technology measurements to increase cavability of hard roof coal are advanced.Finally,it is introduced that this technique has been successfully applied in Baijigou colliery,Ningxia,and the annual output of more than 1.5 millions has achieved.This is another breakthrough to sub-level caving mining technique,and a world difficult problem has been solved in the certain extent.
