摘要
根据对换热器被加热工艺介质温度特性的测试 ,在分析并测试换热器传热过程动特性的基础上 ,讨论了负荷干扰对换热器传热过程的影响 ,针对换热器的特性参数随负荷变化而变化的特性 ,提出了一种实时改变控制器PID参数的控制方案 ,并可应用KMM可编程调节器加以实现。实验表明本文所提出的控制方案既简单而又易于实施 ,比常规的固定PID参数的控制系统的抗干扰能力强 ,是一种有效的实用方法。
By testing the temperature characteristic of the industrial art medium heated by the heat\|exchanger and on the basis of analysing and testing the dynamic characteristic of heat\|transfer process of the heat\|exchanger,this paper discusses the load interference affects on the heat\|transfer process.In view of the candition that the characteristic parameters of the heat\|exchanger vary as the load,this paper proposes a control scheme that the controller's parameter P、I、D can be modifild in good time.The scheme can be implemented by using KMM programmable regulator.The experiment has shown that the scheme is simple and easy to implement.It is better to depress the interference than the routine control system with the fixed P、I、D parameters.It is an effective and practical method.
