摘要
在我国网上文献资源共建共享方面取得较大成果基础上，从文献采购、数据库建设、馆际互借、网络化水平、计算机应用五个方面，剖析了我国目前网上文献信息资源共建共享方面存在的问题及其对文献资源利用的影响，并提出了相应的改进措施。
