摘要
介绍了合成试验的基本原理，并重点论述了能够提高合成试验成功率的计算机测控系统。在该测控系统中讲述了采集电流和电压信号的传感元件、对测试系统的隔离保护、信号的放大、信号采集与数据处理、单片机与ＰＣ机的串行通讯，并论述了求取电流有效值的数据处理算法。
In this paper,the basic principle of synthesized test is introduced, to improve the Success ratio of synthe- sized test, the computer testing and controling system is discussed importantly. In this testing and controlling system, the sensors of current and voltage signals collecting, insulation and protection of testing and controlling system, mag- nifying of signals,collecting and disposing of signals, serial communication between siglechip and PC computer are narrated. Besides, data disposing arithmetic of calculating current rms is discussed.
