摘要
选用PMMA、PVAc、NBR和聚丙烯酸丁酯(PBA)等线型聚合物增韧乙烯基聚酯树脂。其中NBR和PBA使树脂的拉伸断裂延伸率,由1.47%分别提高到4.58%和6.25%;使冲击强度由11.5 kJ·m^(-2)分别提高到20.3 kJ·m^(-2)、15.0kJ·m^(-2)。利用SEM、动态力学粘弹谱仪等测试了韧化树脂的相结构和动态力学性能。乙烯基酯树脂的增韧,主要靠橡胶相阻止裂纹发展。韧化树脂的固化性能与原树脂基本一致。
PMMA, PVAc, NBR and polybutylacrylate(PBA) were used to toughen vinyl polyester resin. The impact strength was improved from 11.5kJ·m^(-2) to 20.3kJ·m^(-2) by NBR, to 15.0 kJ·m^(-2) by PBA, meanwhile elongation at break from 1.47% to 4.58% by NBR, to 6.25% by PBA. The toughening was studied by SEM, DDV, DSC etc. The results show that toughening of the polyester resin depends on rubber phase which prevents the development of craze. The cure characteristics of the toughened resins is as same as that of substrate resins basically.
