摘要
文章通过对我国住宅业现状及形成原因的分析 ,提出我国住宅业要降低房价和发展住宅金融 ,以此增加对住宅的有效需求 ,促进住宅业的健康发展。
Through analyzing the state and the causes of Housing Industry,This paper puts forword the following viewpoints to develop Housing Industry:reducing housing price and developing housing finance.
