摘要
为探讨正常栽培条件下茶树抗寒性与保护酶类活性的关系 ,以抗寒性不同的茶树品种槠叶齐、高桥早、凤凰水仙、乐昌白毛茶、云南大叶种、海南大叶种为材料 ,对其成熟叶片的超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、过氧化物酶 (POD)等酶活性及可溶性蛋白质、丙二醛含量进行了测定 ,结果表明 ,抗寒性强的品种其 SOD,CAT活性和可溶性蛋白质含量较高 ,抗寒性弱的品种其 SOD,CAT活性及可溶性蛋白质含量较低 ,POD活性和丙二醛含量与茶树抗寒性强弱之间无明显规律可循 .SOD,CAT活性。
To explore the relationship between protective enzyme activities and ability of cold resistance of tea plant,the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD),catalase(CAT),peroxidase(POD)and the contents of soluble protein and malondialdehyde(MDA) in mature pring leaves of six varieties with different cold resistant ablilties were determined in natural condition. The results show that varieties of strong cold resistance have strong activities of SOD and CAT,while those of weak cold resistance have weak activities of SOD and CAT. The contents of soluble protein are higher in leaves of strong cold resistant varieties than those in low cold resistance varieties. The activities of POD and contents of MDA have no correlation with the ablilty of cold resistance of tea plant. According to this fact, it is suggested that activities of SOD,CAT and contents of soluble protein be used as indexes to detect the cold resistance of tea plant.
