摘要
热研 5号柱花草是 1987年从哥伦比亚国际热带农业中心 (CIAT)引进的 CIAT184柱花草群体中 ,经过对早花、耐寒、抗病性状的单株选育而成 ,经鉴定于 1990年开始进行系列试验研究。结果表明 ,热研 5号柱花草既保持了 CIAT184柱花草高产优质的特点 ,鲜草产量 5 180 5 .8kg/ hm2 ,粗蛋白质 16 .2 1% ,并具有早花、抗病、耐寒等特点 ,花期比 CIAT184柱花草提前 2 5～ 30 d,种子产量 35 9.3kg/ hm2 ,提高 45 .2 4%左右 ,耐寒性明显增强 ,可在纬度较高的南亚热带地区有效地避开低温寒害的影响 ,适合我国热带、亚热带地区种植。
Stylosanthes guianensis cv.Reyan No.5 is selected as single plant from colony of CIAT184 introduced from CIAT according to earlier flower,anthracnose and cold resistance in 1987 and began to try in 1990.The preliminary results showed that S.guianensis. cv. Reyan No.5 maintained its parent characteristics of high dry matter yield and quality,its fresh forage yield was 51805.5kg/hm 2, crude protein(CP) contents is 16.21%(DM),flower period were earlier 25～30d than S.guianensis. CIAT184,seed production is 395.3kg/hm 2 improved 45.24% than S.guianensis . CIAT184,cold resistance improved significantly and can avoid cold wave effectively,it can flowered and seeded normally in subtropical and high atitude regions. S.guianensis. cv. Reyan No.5 adapted to plant in tropical and sub tropical regions especially release in South china.
