摘要
给 2 8～ 49日龄期间的罗曼幼公鸡饲以高蛋白含量 (40 % )饲料并投以 0 .1 %或 0 .0 5%肾复康饮水 ,未发生死亡 ,而未投药的对照鸡死亡 1 6.7% ,投药雏的血清尿酸盐含量明显地低于(P<0 .0 5)对照 ,而生长率显著地高于 (P<0 .0 1 )对照。结果说明肾复康能极为有效地防止由高蛋白饲料诱发的鸡痛风症。
Lohmann yong cocks were feeded with high protein content(40%) fodder and medicated with either 0.1% or 0.05% “Shen Fu Kong” drinking water at the age of day 28~49.No death occured while 16.7% of the unmedicated controls dead.The serum urates content of the medicated were significantly lower(P<0.05) than their controls,while the growth rate very significantly higher(P<0.01) than the latter.These results indicated that the medicine “Shenfukang” is very efficiency in prevention the chick gout caused by high protein feeds.
