化橘红香精油化学成分的研究

Studies on the Chemical Components of the Essential Oil from Exocapium Citri grandis (Hua Ju Hong)

摘要 用毛细管气相色谱和气相色谱—质谱联用系统对化橘红香精油的化学成分进行了研究。从70m×0.41mm Carbowax-20M玻璃毛细管柱中分离得到的峰,采用质谱方法鉴定出16个成分。其主要成分是柠檬烯(55.6%),β-蒎烯(12.0%),r-松油烯(11.6%)等。 The qualitative and quantitative analytical studies on the essential oil by steam-distillation of the Exo-capium Citri grandis (Hua Ju Hong) , were undertaken by means of a capillary gas chromatograph and GC - MS combination. Of the those peaks isolated by 70m×0. 41mm (id) Carbowax-20M glass capillary column, sixteen components which make up 87. 3% of the total essential oil were identified by mass spectrome-try. The major components are limonene (55. 6%), β-pinene (12.0%), γ-terpinene (11.6%), γ-Cadinene (2.9%), α-elemene (1.8%), cedrenol (1.2%), etc.
