摘要
该文用热重分析(TGA)技术对各种国产制式火药的热分解作了实验研究。分析了火药热分解的基本特征、热分解转爆燃的临界条件、热分解动力学参数以及升温速率对热分解的影响。试验结果表明:火药缓慢的热分解向爆燃转变的临界温度可作为火药点火的判据。双基药与三基药存在多阶段的反应、火药热分解的临界温度以及化学动力学参数随升温速率增大而增大。该文的试验研究结果提供了火药的点火和燃烧所需的重要信息。
In this paper, the pyrolysis of some kinds of home made propel-lant is studied experimentally with TGA technique. The basic characteristicsand kinetic parameters of propellant pyrolysis,the critical condition of pyroly-sis-to-deflagration transition,and the influence of temperature rising rate onpyrolysis are analyzed. The experimental results show that:the critical temper-ture of pyrolysis-to-deflagration transition of propellants can be used as the ig-nition criterion, the multi-stage reaction appears in the pyrolysis of double-base and triple-base propellants,the critical temperature and the kinetic param-eters will increase as temperature rising rate increases. This experimental studyprovides valuable information for ignition and combustion of propellants.
