摘要
通常对非稳腔的振荡特性,需要用完整严格的衍射理论来描述激光的辐射。本文采用几何光学近似的方法,即射线矩阵的方法分析了非稳腔的振荡特性,用ABCD矩阵元给出输出光束特性、几何放大率及主模形成时间。从几何光学上保证腔输出具有最小发散角,以实现单横模运转。
Generally, the strict and complete theory of diffraction shouldbe used to describe the radiation of laser in relation to the characteristic of un-stable resonator oscillation. In our peper,however,a method of geometrical op-tics similarity,i. e. a method of ray matrix is used to analyze the oscillationcharacteristic of unstable resonator. The characteristic of output beam,geomet-rical amplification and the forming time of main mode are all given by ABCDmatrix element. It is possible from the viewpoint of the geometrical optics toform the minimum angle of diffusion and realize normal work of the simplemode.
